Purpose
Ransom exists to REACH non-believing students for Christ UNITE them with a group of Christian students and TRAIN them to SERVE God and HONOR Him with their lives.Reach: We attempt to communicate the gospel of Jesus Christ to all the students in our ministry in such a way that they recognize their need to accept Christ as their personal savior.
Unite: This communicates our goal to encourage each and every one of our students to develop deep, meaningful relationships with other followers of Christ.
Train: This communicates our goal to teach our students how to grow in their walk with Christ on a daily basis.
Serve: This communicates our desire to help our students discover how God has gifted and designed them to serve Him within the body of Christ (the church).
Honor: This communicates our desire to teach kids how to live a lifestyle that proclaims the glory of God. This is not limited to a time set aside for singing on a Sunday morning, but a lifestyle that is lived out constantly.
